CIS EUROBOND MARKETActivity in the Russian Eurobond market was subdued on Friday. Long-dated issues closed lower, but by no more than 0.3 pp (Russia 43). GOVERNMENT DEBTOn Friday, the OFZ market saw one of its most active trading sessions in recent times. The return of headlines about possible sanctions on Russian sovereign debt, along with broad weakness in local EM debt, contributed to a 6 7 bp rise in yields in the middle of the curve and a 4 5 bp rise at the long end.
