CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign quotes continued to decline, though local banks were buying in small volumes. Long-dated issues fared the worst, closing 0.7-0.9 pp lower. The Russia 27 fell 0.6 pp to 97.5% (YTM 4.6%, Z-spread 167 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTSellers continued to be predominate on the OFZ market. Volumes almost reached R25 bln. Yields rose the most among tenors up to 3y (up 9 bps on average), while they rose 4 bps on average at the long end.
