CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds gapped lower at the opening yesterday amid a global drop in risk appetite following the sharp falls on US stock markets on Wednesday. Quotes recovered a little later on, and the Russia 28 closed with the biggest decline (-0.4 pp). Volumes were above average.GOVERNMENT DEBTLocals were again buying OFZs, while nonresidents continued selling. Yields closed 2-4 bps higher in the belly and 1-2 bps higher at the long end of the curve.
