MARKET COMMENT - RALLY PLATEAUS, BRENT SURGES, US TARGETS MORE CHINESE COMPANIESGains slowed for most markets yesterday, the MSCI ACWI gaining 0.4% and the RTS (1,339) 0.3%. On the bullish side were headlines that the US is getting closer to a new stimulus package, on the bearish side disputed claims about problems manufacturing Pfizer's Covid-19 vaccine and reports that more Chinese securities will be targeted by the US government. Markets are mixed this morning, while US payrolls will be in focus for global performances.
