CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign assets broadly recovered yesterday after coming under pressure on Monday from the situation in Belarus. Long-dated sovereign Eurobonds closed 1.5-1.7 pp higher.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market sought to stabilize yesterday in the wake of Monday's sharp losses. The Finance Ministry's decision to cancel this week's auctions helped the situation and caused yields to ease 5 bps. By the close, yields were 7-10 bps lower on the day.
