CIS EUROBOND MARKETCIS Eurobonds had a generally positive session yesterday amid a decline in benchmark yields, despite prevalent fears over the economic fallout from the coronavirus and the risk of it further spreading outside of China.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields fell 4-6 bps early in the day yesterday. Foreigners were actively picking up the 20y OFZ 26230 (March 2039, 7.70%), which starting in March will be included in the JPMorgan GBI. However, reports of tensions between Russia and Turkey caused a correction later on.
