CIS EUROBOND MARKETTrading was fairly muted yesterday morning on the Russian sovereign Eurobond market, though it picked up later on the new Russia 29 and 35. Locals were predominantly buying, while nonresidents were mainly selling. Quotes closed largely flat, with the exception of the Russia 35 (+0.2 pp).GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZs recovered from Friday's selloff yesterday. Yields fell as much as 5-8 bps at one point but began to climb later and ended 4-6 bps lower. Activity was not high, with deals mainly going through on the part of local investors and in two issues: the OFZ 26226 (R10.4 bln) and the OFZ 26224 (R8.6 bln).
