Concerns about the global economic recovery have continued to weigh on markets, especially pertaining to news flow from the Chinese real estate and materials sectors. Most global and Russia indicators are down this morning, while the Russian market is also taking in the news flow on the Duma and ongoing government tax and dividend debates.
