Debt Markets Today - August 24, 2021. OFZ Flows Recap; TCS to Apply for Digital Banking License in Philippines; MKB 2Q21 Results; Belarus to Receive $1 bln from IMF

CIS EUROBOND MARKETMost of the notable moves in yesterday's trading in CIS sovereign Eurobonds were in the sub-investment grade segment. Belarus underperformed, with most of its sovereign yield curve shifting 10-15 bps upward. The exception was the Belarus 23, which closed little changed in price. The Belarus 31, on the other hand, lost 0.7 pp. Uzbekistan's sovereign bonds were also on a weaker footing, their yields climbing 3-8 bps. Quotes on Russian and Kazakh sovereigns barely changed.GOVERNMENT DEBTTrading in OFZs was thin yesterday, with just R13 bln changing hands (about a third of the average daily volume over the last month).
