CIS EUROBOND MARKETOn Thursday, a sharp decline in US Treasury yields pushed Russian sovereign Eurobonds higher, led by the Russia 26 and 28, which gained 0.3 pp. Turnover was again below average. In the Russian corporate segment, Gazprom papers added 0.3 pp, while other issues were little changed. All other CIS sovereign Eurobonds remained flat.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields declined 2-3 bps along the curve on Thursday morning amid rising global risk appetite and then stabilized later in the session on improved sentiment.
