CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes continued to advance yesterday amid declining US Treasury yields, though volumes remained low as sellers were thin on the ground. The Russia 35 led the way (+0.8 pp), followed by the Russia 47, 42 and 43 (all +0.7 pp).GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields edged up 1-2 bps in the morning, but comments from CBR Governor Elvira Nabiullina sparked buying among nonresidents. She said the CBR will consider further rate cuts and could revise its neutral key rate range of 6-7%, but more data is needed. Yields closed 1-2 bps lower among maturities 7y and longer, although the 20y issue was yielding 5 bps lower. Turnover totaled R24 bln.
