CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian Eurobond prices continued to drop on Friday even though US Treasury yields stabilized and global sentiment improved. The worst results were from the Russia 47 and Russia 43, which lost a respective 0.4 pp and 0.5 pp. GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZs came under pressure on Friday due to a spike in ruble swap rates. Yields traded as much as 10 bps higher intraday amid moderate selling from foreigners. By the end of the day, however, thanks to demand from locals some of the losses were recouped and long-dated OFZs ended up closing just 3-5 bps higher in yield.
