MARKET COMMENT - DOVISH US FOREIGN POLICY MOVES, OPEC+ AND ECBThe MSCI EM yesterday gained 0.9%, and the MSCI Russia 1.1%, placing Russia in the top third of the basket. The RTS gained 0.8% to reach 1,355. Brent has declined more than 3% on news that the US is considering easing some sanctions on Iran, followed by reports that new tariffs on China would be delayed two weeks.
