CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds continued to head lower yesterday morning, particularly at the long end, but the opening in New York sparked a wave of buying. Quotes closed largely flat, with the exception of the Russia 47 (+0.4 pp).GOVERNMENT DEBTLocal accounts were buying OFZs yesterday, while nonresidents were buying and selling. Yields closed 3 4 bps lower at the short end and 5-8 bps lower elsewhere.
