CIS EUROBOND MARKETActivity was extremely low on Friday morning, but a sharp rise in the oil price in the afternoon sent Russian sovereign Eurobond quotes higher. The Russia 28 fared the best, closing 0.8 pp higher, followed by the Russia 47, which ended 0.7 pp firmer.GOVERNMENT DEBTActivity was muted for most of the day, and yields spent most of the session 1-3 bps above the previous closing levels. However, the ruble's sharp strengthening pushed yields lower, and they closed down 7-10 bps at the long end and down 2-3 bps at the short end.
