CIS EUROBOND MARKETLocals were again selling Russian sovereign paper right from the opening, but the pressure dissipated later. In the afternoon, a lack of sellers ensured limited activity, and quotes finished the day largely flat, with the exception of the Russia 47, which climbed 0.3 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTActivity remained insipid, with only two issues (the OFZ 25083 and OFZ 26219) seeing volumes above R3 bln.
