CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond issues saw limited activity on Friday. Quotes ended slightly higher amid insignificant volumes. The Russia 47 led the way, rising 0.3 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market was largely inactive on Friday morning in anticipation of the CBR's rate decision. Following the 25 bp hike, selling started to predominate, mainly from nonresidents. Yields closed 6-9 bps higher in the segment up to 5y and 3-4 bps higher further along the curve.
