CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes advanced on Friday as US Treasury yields declined, but volumes remained below average due to a lack of active sellers. The Russia 43 fared the best (+0.6 pp), followed by the Russia 27 (+0.3 pp).GOVERNMENT DEBTThe OFZ market stayed in a familiar trend on Friday, with yields easing the most in the belly (by 3-5 bps) and declining just 1-2 bps at the long end. The yield spread between 2y and 15y OFZs rose 7 bps to 86 bps from Wednesday through Friday.
