CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe Russian sovereign Eurobond market again saw limited activity. Quotes were little changed, despite a sharp rise in US Treasury yields.GOVERNMENT DEBTThe Finance Ministry yesterday placed R35.1 bln in the 5y OFZ 26223 (February 2024, 6.5%) and R22.5 bln in the 10y OFZ 26224 (May 2029, 6.9%), providing a 4 bp premium for both.
