CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes were generally restrained yesterday, with the exception of the Russia 47, which was well bid by local accounts. It ended 0.4 pp higher at 125.54% (YTM 3.78%, Z-spread 182 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields moved 2-4 bps higher yesterday amid a bout of profit taking following the fairly sharp decline in yields since the start of the year (15-20 bps in short issues and 20-25 bps in long issues) and the release on Monday of a weekly inflation reading of 0.3%. But with the opening in New York, nonresident purchases tugged yields back to the previous closing levels.
