CIS EUROBOND MARKETLimited trading activity practically paralyzed the market, and Russian sovereign quotes did not budge. The sole exception was the Russia 28, which dipped 0.2 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTActivity was very low, as usual for a Monday. Turnover came in below R9 bln, R1.5 bln of which was traded in the 8y OFZ 26219 (September 2026, 7.75%). Floaters were little changed, with the exception of the 5y OFZ 29012, which sank 30 bps on minimal volumes.
