CIS EUROBOND MARKETSentiment clearly remained pessimistic on Tuesday. A renewed rise in long-dated US Treasury yields only added to the pressure, and quotes fell significantly.GOVERNMENT DEBTA declining oil price, further ruble weakening and a generally pessimistic mood among global investors toward EM risk ensured a selloff on the OFZ market on Tuesday, sending yields higher. Yields in the middle and at the long end rose 1-3 bps in the morning.
