CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond prices found support from rising risk appetite across global markets yesterday. The Russia 47 and 43 outperformed, adding 0.4 pp and 0.3 pp, respectively.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields eased by 2-4 bps yesterday on scanty volumes against the backdrop of a firming ruble. Turnover was just R9 bln. Today, we expect the Finance Ministry to announce that it will offer the floating-rate OFZ 29016 (R294 bln registered for placement) tomorrow, as well as the rest of the long-dated nominal OFZ 26235 (March 2031) available for placement.
