CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds traded in a narrow range again yesterday, and price changes were minimal on the day.GOVERNMENT DEBTYesterday, the OFZ market was largely insipid in the morning ahead of the auctions, despite a firming ruble. The weak outcome to the auction for the 10y issue sent yields 1-2 bps higher at the long end.
