CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobond quotes closed largely flat, with only the Russia 28 moving to any significant degree (up 0.2 pp to 158.6%; YTM 5.0%, Z-spread 180 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields retreated in the morning and eventually closed 3-7 bps lower at the long end. Bids prevailed, with locals doing the buying, while foreigners continued to sell. Volumes remained low at just R10 bln, with about R3 bln of that attributable to the OFZ 26207. The Finance Ministry fully placed R5 bln in the OFZ 25083 at a weighted average yield of 8.28% (no premium to the secondary market).
