CIS EUROBOND MARKETRussian sovereign Eurobonds closed largely flat on Friday, and volumes remained extremely low.GOVERNMENT DEBTActivity was extremely low ahead of Friday's CBR rate decision. On minimal turnover, amid a further decline in global risk appetite, yields rose 3-5 bps. When it came out that the bank had kept the key rate at 7.50%, as expected, activity increased and yields eased to close 2-3 bps higher on the day.
