CIS EUROBOND MARKETThe Russian Eurobond market remained stable yesterday and quotes did not move significantly amid a rise in risk aversion and a concomitant decline in benchmark yields. The sovereign curve closed without significant changes. The Russia 29 closed at 107.5% (YTM 3.4%, Z-spread 203 bps).GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields slid 3-5 bps at the short end and in the belly in the morning, but a rise in risk aversion did not pass the market by. Nonresident demand subsided, and local offers rose in the middle of the curve. Yields closed 3-5 bps lower at the short end but 1-3 bps higher in the belly.
