CIS EUROBOND MARKETSentiment toward EM assets improved yesterday, which led to gains for CIS sovereign Eurobond quotes. Supported by optimism about the resumption of US-China trade talks, prices were rising from the open. The Turkish central bank's decision to raise its policy rate to 24% gave them an extra boost. GOVERNMENT DEBTYesterday, OFZ yields shed another 3-4 bps in tenors longer than 10y and 4-7 bps in shorter tenors. Both locals and foreigners were actively trading, and volumes were rather high. We expect OFZs to trade sideways this morning before the CBR rate decision.
