CIS EUROBOND MARKETTrading was thin yesterday in Russian sovereign issues denominated in dollars and price moves were minimal. The euro-denominated Russia 25 E, meanwhile, climbed by nearly 0.15 pp. GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields climbed by up to 2-3 bps from the get-go yesterday amid the weaker ruble but later on moved lower after the ruble recovered and the June inflation report showed 0.0% m-o-m inflation. Yields ended up closing the day 3-4 bps lower in short- and mid-dated issues, whereas the long end of the curve finished near the previous closing level. Trading was thin and mostly came from local investors. Volumes totaled R15 bln on the day, of which R4 bln came in the OFZ 26227 and nearly the same amount in the CPI-linked OFZ 52002.
