CIS EUROBOND MARKETTrading was brisk on the Russian sovereign Eurobond market yesterday. A further drop in US Treasury yields sent Russian sovereign quotes higher. The Russia 42 and 47 were again the outperformers (+0.6-0.9 pp). Intermediate issues added 0.2-0.3 pp.GOVERNMENT DEBTOFZ yields tracked the ruble yesterday. They were unchanged in the morning, but began to decline in the evening and closed 1-2 bps lower along the curve.
