The Company operates through its subsidiaries, including SL Frey Invest Barcelona, SL Parla Natura and SNC La Rive de la Garonne, among others. In May 14, 2013, it announced that its acquired a Conforama shop in Torcy through its investment vehicle Frey Retail Fund.
