IQ will report 4Q18 results on February 21st after the markets close followed by a 7pm EST conference call. Based on our data and calculations, we expect IQ’s revenue in 4Q18 to be higher than consensus at RMB6,649.0M. The fourth quarter is a weaker season for IQ, which is likely to prevent margins from improving as well as preventing higher growth in new paying members.
