Die Dividende soll auf Normallevel (für FY 23: € 1,80 nach € 0,19 je VZ-Aktie) steigen und künftig ca. 30 % des Jahresüberschusses (Bed.: EK-Quote> 40 %) ausmachen. Die notwendige Profitabilitätsverbesserung (EBIT-Marge) soll künftig (ab FY 25) in etwa in 100 BP-Schritte p.a. erfolgen.
