This week, Valens identified distortions and the corresponding adjustments to correct for those distortions for SSNC, RP, and QSII.Quality Systems, primarily through its NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, LLC subsidiary, provides technology-based solutions and services to the ambulatory care market in the U.S. The company develops and markets software and services that automate certain aspects of practice management and electronic health records for ambulatory care practices. In addition, the company's software and services facilitate interoperability. The company's software can be licensed and delivered on-premise or in the cloud as software-as-a-service. The company's services include maintenance and support, other services, and complementary services such as managed cloud services, revenue cycle management and electronic data interchange.
RealPage is a provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry. The company's platform consists of four categories of solutions: Property Management, which manages primary property management business processes, including leasing, accounting, budgeting, purchasing, facilities management, and support and advisory services; Leasing and Marketing, which manages primary leasing and marketing processes; Resident Services, which provides a platform to improve the transactional of prospects and renters and improve a property's reputation; and Asset Optimization, which provides analytics-based decision support for investment performance throughout the phases of real estate investment.
SS&C Technologies Holdings is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the company is a provider of software products and software-enabled services that allow financial services providers to automate business processes and manage their information processing requirements. The company provides its solutions to clients principally within the institutional asset and wealth management, alternative investment management, financial advisory and financial institutions vertical markets. In addition, the company's clients include commercial lenders, real estate investment trusts, corporate treasury groups, insurance and pension funds, municipal finance groups and real estate property managers.
