• Trump and the Republican-controlled Congress seem likely to take a more-active leadership role in ridding the world of ISIS. Thus, the depleted military is likely to be rebuilt and fortified.
• Group charts are showing excellent short- and long-term technical features. In many cases, the relative strength has only recently achieved a significant milestone.
• The breadth is robust in most of the Groups, with the majority of components exhibiting improving RSR trends and outperforming the market.
• If we had to prioritize our favorite company charts in this report, we favor: BA, LMT, AJRD, ORBT, TXT, OA, HXL, AIR, COL, DGI, and CUB.
