Our international Human Resources & Employment Services Groups (SV-10, -11, and -12) are showing signs of price and RS bottoms throughout Japan, Europe, and the UK... see charts below. We believe short-term pullbacks in the names highlighted today should be bought, particularly in light of the Fed hinting at increased flexibility and the potential for improving trade headlines.

Today we highlight our favorite setups within our int'l HR & Employment Services Groups: Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. (6098-JP), PERSOL HOLDINGS CO. LTD. (2181-JP), Meitec Corporation (9744-JP), Teleperformance SE (TEP-FR), Randstad NV (RAND-NL), Adecco Group AG (ADEN-CH), and PageGroup PLC (PAGE-GB). Add exposure.
Adecco Group AG

Adecco Group provides human resource services, including temporary staffing, permanent placement, outsourcing, consulting and outplacement. Co. has more than 5,500 branches in over 60 countries and territories. Co.'s Office and Industrial businesses offer a range of general staffing services, including temporary staffing, permanent placement, assessment, training and integrated human resources applications. In addition, Co. operates professional business lines, which include Adecco Finance & Legal, Adecco Engineering & Technical, Adecco Information Technology, Adecco Medical & Science, Adecco Sales, Marketing & Events and Adecco Human Capital Solutions.

Meitec Corp.

Meitec is mainly engaged in the provision of temporary and full-time staffing and engineering outsourcing services. Along with its subsidiaries, Co. operates in three business segments. The Temporary Staffing segment is engaged in the provision of temporary staffing services mainly focusing on the engineers staffing business in the manufacturing industry. The Recruiting & Placement segment is engaged in the provision of job placement and information portal site businesses for engineers. The Engineering Solutions segment is engaged in the provision of technology support services for printed-circuit board design.


PageGroup is engaged in the recruitment consultancy and other ancillary services. Co. is organized into three brands: Page Executive, Michael Page, and Page Personnel. Page Executive, which is Co.'s executive search business and provides a range of search, selection and management solutions for organizations needing; Michael Page, which provides service to a specific area of the market that recruits on a permanent, temporary, contract or interim basis; and Page Personnel, which provides recruitment services to organizations requiring permanent employees or temporary or contract staff at technical and administrative support, professional clerical and junior management levels.

Persol Holdings

Persol Holdings is a holding company. Along with its group companies, Co. operates in four business segments. Co. provides temporary staffing and contracting services for general office work; business consulting services, planning and management of businesses; R&D outsourcing support; re-employment support services and overseas recruitment services especially in China and South East Asia. Co. is also engaged in the design and development of network systems; the dispatch of engineers and contract works for machinery design, electrical and electronic design; and the management of recruitment related media such as recruit information magazines and websites.

Randstad NV

Randstad is a global staffing and recruitment company, providing various solutions in the human resources (HR) services space. Co.'s services include regular temporary staffing and permanent placement of candidates. In addition, Co. provides several other HR solutions, such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Services Programs (MSP), payroll services, and outplacement. Recruit Holdings

Recruit Holdings is a holding company. Through its affiliates, Co. operates in four business segments: marketing media, HR media, staffing, and other. Marketing Media segment is engaged in the provision of information on housing, bridal, post-secondary education for high school students, automobiles, lodging accommodation, restaurants, and beauty salons. HR Media segment is engaged in the provision of services that offer employment information to job seekers both in Japan and overseas. Staffing segment is engaged in the provision of staffing services in Japan and overseas. Other segment is engaged in the planning, operation, outsourcing, and other of digital content services.


Teleperformance is engaged in outsourced customer experience management. Co. delivers integrated solutions to corporations and administrative bodies worldwide to manage all aspects of the customer-relations cycle on their behalf. Co.'s activities include four core business areas: customer care (these are services provided as part of customer service management); technical support; debt collection; and business information and marketing actions. As of Dec. 31, 2013, Co. had approximately 110,000 computerized workstations across 46 countries. Co.'s client includes industries like Telecoms, Internet, Financial services, Technology/media, Insurance, Government sector and Utilities.
