Int'l Insights: Bullish Stocks

EM's leadership status poses a problem: it's so strong, it's so overstretched, that it's trading too far above support to comfortably buy. Beneath the MSCI EM Index's surface, however, pullback opportunities do exist, especially in one major market: Brazil.

The Bovespa's one-month correction, -9.2% in depth, is currently testing long-term support (70,000-73,000 range). This zone of support also marks the upper boundary of the secular base pattern that the index broke out from in September. Given this context, we view this pullback as an attractive entry point to add exposure to Brazil.

In the remainder of this report we highlight actionable stocks, large- and small-caps, focusing on the long-term timeframe.
