Vital Signs: Actionable charts

Key Points:

• The U.S. dollar has been unable to break to new highs and is vulnerable. We continue to believe that emerging markets and materials, especially gold are likely to benefit from a weakening U.S. dollar. This market resembles late 2015-early 2016 emerging market rout.

• High yield corporate bonds are showing some stabilization as 10-year treasury yields moved to another low in face of the Fed tightening.
