Insights: Bullish Stocks

Hydrogen/Fuel Cell Stocks Are Bottoming -- Buy PLUG, BE, BLDP, FCEL, and NEL-NO

Clean energy stocks of all types (e.g., hydrogen/fuel cell, solar, lithium, EVs, etc.) display major bullish price and RS inflections, and we expect strength to continue in the months ahead. This report focuses on buy opportunities within the hydrogen/fuel cell space; we are buyers at current levels -- add exposure.

These companies are starting to get awarded with big contracts, and we expect that momentum to continue which will further fuel gains.
Most importantly, the technicals are confirming this clean energy story. Looking at the Vermilion Group TE-40 Fuel Cells/Lithium Batteries, we can see that price and RS have pulled back substantially YTD, and now exhibit bullish price and RS reversals; this is the time to pounce, and we recommend buying at current levels. These names are volatile and not for the faint of heart, which is why it is important to get in early and at a good entry point, before they start to move substantially higher... see chart below.
Related ETFs have only been trading for a handful of months, but display bullish price and RS inflections. These include the Global X Hydrogen ETF (HYDR) and the Defiance Next Gen Hydrogen ETF (HDRO)... see chart below.
In today's report we highlight our favorite technical setups in order of attractiveness, all offering compelling and timely opportunities to add exposure to at current levels. Buy: PLUG, BE, BLDP, FCEL, and NEL-NO... see pages 2-4.
