Vermilion Company Spotlight: LULU

In our March Macro Vision, we highlighted several retail stocks from our Apparel, Accessory & Luxury Goods Group, and this is a reiteration of one of those stocks. The Group continues to be a favorite of ours within Consumer Discretionary. Lululemon, a timely stock in the Group, is breaking out to new all-time highs and exhibits positive short- and long-term technical patterns. The 2-year chart below displays bullish rounded bases in both price and relative strength. Moreover, the stock has been consolidating year-to-date, coiling just under all-time highs. The coil has sprung topside resistance, setting the stage for continued outperformance. The longer-term chart on page 2 shows the breakout to all-time price highs and also displays relative strength inflecting topside its long-term downtrend. We recommend buying LULU on this breakout.
