Insights: Bullish Casino Stocks

Concerning Macau casinos, investors still seem to be about a quart low on optimism. Though Morgan Stanley published positive comments on WYNN this week, negative headlines are still present, such as WSJ's Mar. 3 Heard on the Street, which cited a range of worries, such as expiring gambling licenses, debt, and murky cash flow visibility. Technicals still present a different narrative, one of the recovery variety. Names like MGM China (2282-HK), Galaxy Entertainment (27-HK), and Wynn Macau (1128-HK) are rebounding off their 200-day moving averages, setting up an attractive entry point within a larger bottoming process. Today's report is a reiteration of our initial July 20, 2016 recommendation.
