6PM Call: A Day for mid-cap and penny shares - Update on Macro
The VNIndex still maintained its positive momentum in the early morning. But large cap stocks turned weaker in the afternoon. There were 18 decliners compared to 10 gainers in the VN30. Trading volume rose but not the trading value. It is possibly that investors started to look for mid and small cap shares. Indeed the VNMID and VNSML indices closed in the green +0.25% and 0.1%.
