Trading scenario repeated what happened yesterday; VN-Index rose in the morning yet gradually slid back to the reference as the session came to an end. While VNM and VCB increased, VIC and GAS tried to curb the rise of the VN-Index. Reaching 690.05 points in the morning, but VN-Index closed at 687.32 points only, a slightly gain of 0.04%. Meanwhile, HNX-Index increased 0.51%, mostly due to price of SHB went ceiling. Trading volume on the HSX spiked with more than 140 million shares, equivalent to a value of VND2,375 billion.
