6PM Call: Blue chips fell back - Inflows focused on Penny and Midcap
The market moved up sharply in the morning but declined in the afternoon. Selling pressure increased at the close, especially in large-cap stocks. The VN-Index closed downed slightly by 0.1% at 1,009 while the HNX-Index increased to 115.5 points (+0.05%). Liquidity surged on HOSE with 220 million shares traded (+10%).
