6PM Call: Market Felt the Heat from Vietjet Air - REE Update
​Vietjet Air (VJC) has announced its offering circular and financial statements for 2016. Total revenue and PBT was VND27,532 billion (+39%) and VND2,395 billion (+105%), respectively. Excluding the contribution from aircraft sales, these figures were VND15,822 billion (+43%) and VND1,064 billion (+66%), respectively. The stock will not be listed on the HOSE until the last week of February, but its heat has already spread. The price of two other stocks in the aviation industry, ACV and especially HVN, surged today.
