6PM Call: Positive backed by supportive news
With recovery signal at the end of previous session and news of MSCI planning to increase the proportion of Vietnamese stocks, market continued to open in green because of the large-cap stocks. Although there was a hesitation at the middle of the session, market continued its rally in the end. At the close, VN-Index increased by 11.36 points (+ 1.2%), and closed at 961.26 points. HNX-Index increased 0.84 points (+ 0.6%), and closed at 141.7 points. The order-matching liquidity increased with 392.43 mn shares on HOSE. The number of gainers outnumbered losers on three exchanges.
