6PM Call: Profit-taking pressure at the end of the session
Market opened in cautious position and slightly decreased but quickly regained in green. This rally was stable and remained in the afternoon. However, selling pressure suddenly increased after 2pm, leading to market cooled down quickly. At the end, VN-Index only increased by 4.05 points (+0.44%) and closed at 919.72 points. HNX-Index reversed and declined after hitting the old high level of many years in the previous session and closed at 136.13 points, down 1.64 points (-1.19%). Liquidity continued to increase with 496.3 mn shares matched on HOSE.
