6PM Call: SAB Divestment Auction Closed Successfully - Update on aviation industry
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce has successfully auctioned 343,662,587 shares of SAB this afternoon with the average price of VND320,000/share. Similar to the market’s expectation, Vietnam Beverage Co., Ltd. has bought almost all of the shares, with the remaining 20,000 shares belonging to a single investor. In total, the Ministry has collected about VND110 trillion from the divestment deal from its "golden egg".
