6PM Call: Short-term profit taking
Following yesterday's strong rally, the major indices started today's session in green color. Cash flow continued to flow into the market and helping VN-Index was above the 1,500 point. However, the positive movement did not linger throughout the session, selling pressure started to surge in a few large-cap groups, restraining the index's gain. VN-Index gained by 8.83 points (+0.59%) and closed at 1,503.78 points. Liquidity increased compared to the previous session, with 905.1 million shares matched on HOSE.
