6PM Call: Strong recovery after a deep fall
In the morning, market was still in the panic trend as at times VN-Index fell by 44.77 points (4.8%), to 891.85. HNX-Index dropped to below 100 points. Many stocks hit the floor price. However, demand appeared strongly and pushed the indices. VN-Index closed the day at 928.14 points (dropped 8.48 points or 0.91%). HNX-Index also ended the day above the level of 100 with a decrease of 1.03%. Liquidity increased sharply on both exchanges. Decliners still completely dominated gainers.
